Consultation Hours

Every other Monday 2-5pm, Tues-Thurs, 11 am – 5 pm MST (Arizona) All appointments outside these hours will be considered an Emergency and are subject to an additional $100 fee. I occasionally make Emergency Readings available in advance, usually on a Friday or Saturday. You may also use the Contact Page to request an Emergency Reading if none are available in the Scheduler.

All Readings by Phone or Internet

Calling from INSIDE the U.S. -  We will use my Phone Conference Room. The number and access code are in Confirmation and Reminder emails.

Calling from OUTSIDE the U.S. -  We will use Zoom. You'll receive an email with my Zoom link a few minutes before your reading.  No webcams.

 
Payment Options and Terms 

Pay while booking your appointment.

ALL Sessions Are Recorded as a courtesy to you. 

The recording will be either an mp3 or an m4a digital file that you will be able to download and save to your computer, etc., soon after your reading has finished. This recording is for your convenience, and is provided as a courtesy. All recordings are copyright protected by Staci Wells and any use other than for what they are intended (personal record of reading) is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Cancellation/Missed Appointments Policy 

If you must cancel or reschedule you are required to contact my office by email or phone. Due to the limited availability and specialized nature of these sessions, the following terms apply:

• General Readings, Medical Intuitive Readings, Energy Work  
• EARLY CANCEL: If you cancel AFTER 24 hours of booking AND up to 24 hours BEFORE the Appointment, your payment will be refunded minus a $65 Early Cancellation Fee
• LATE CANCEL: Canceling 24 hours or less before your appointment will result in a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of your payment for the appointment.
• Copper, Silver, Gold and Platinum Readings
• EARLY CANCEL: more than 30 days before your Appointment and your payment will be refunded less a Late Fee of $250 (Copper), $275 (Silver) or $300 (Gold) and $350 (Platinum). 
• LATE CANCEL: 30 days or less before your appointment and you will pay 50% of the Reading’s fee. 
• NO SHOW: If you fail to respond to my Assignment email OR your Assignment homework is NOT turned in by the due date specified therein, you will be considered a No-Show. Your appointment(s) will be cancelled and no refund will be made as you will be responsible for full payment of the No-Show appointment(s).
  

Rescheduling an Appointment
Must be done within 6 months of the day of payment. There is no rescheduling of an appointment after the initial 6 month period has passed. 

NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you are late, your appointment is not extended as that cuts into the time of the next client’s Reading. You are considered a “No Show” when you are not available within 15 minutes of the start of your Appointment time. ALL No Shows forfeit their session fee in full, NO REFUND, and may not be given an opportunity to reschedule.

NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pease be considerate of my time as I would be with yours. While I regret the need to do this, I generally have people waiting three months for most Readings and 12 months or more for Pre-Birth Planning Readings. For a session to be missed without good reason is unfair to everyone concerned. Please treat your time and mine as valuable – just as you would that of a doctor, a lawyer or any other professional whose services you sought.
